The role
We have a small payroll team of two and you will be supporting our Payroll Manager in providing an effective and efficient payroll service, ensuring the accurate and timely monthly payment of employees and reporting for the business.
You will need to have in-depth working knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and contribute to the co-operative working across operational sites and departments.
This is a great opportunity to broaden your payroll knowledge and experience. Additional training and development opportunities within payroll are also available if you would like to grow your knowledge further.

End to End Payroll processing across 9 Payroll Companies including:
About you
- Experienced Payroll Administrator. You might have worked as a Payroll Advisor, Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Assistant, Payroll Co-ordinator etc
- Good technical knowledge of payroll and payroll systems
- Cascade Payroll System Experience desirable although not essential
- Multi-Payroll experience desirable although not essential
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically excel
- A self-starter with a ‘can do’ and flexible attitude
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Can work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proactive approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations
